But we believe that there is a way out of this and that is what our center stands for.

WHAT IS “ADOPT A FAMILY” PROJECT EXACTLY?

Adopt a Family Project is geared towards assisting adults who have children and are willing and qualified to continue finishing their studies. Garbage scavenging only allows families to get by one day at a time but when people are given a chance to learn a trade, master a skill or pursue an ambition to take on a career, it does not only provide them with good income to feed their families but it also gives them confidence and hope—there is so much potential in them to be discovered and there is a future that does not include poverty in it.

THERE IS VALUE IN EDUCATION AND WE WANT TO HELP THE WILLING.

There is no free education in the Philippines. This is why it has been difficult to begin collegiate studies after taking up high school, much less continuing it. The educational cost for an adult learner who takes up a bachelor’s degree expenses for meal allowance, transportation cost, school fees and school supplies.

On top of this, for every child who wants to go to school, everything has to be paid. Therefore, it is a big concern for us to make this possible for each of them.

WE ASK YOU THEN, PLEASE HELP US SO THAT WE CAN HELP!
