CHILD CAREGIVER
Our team is looking for a Child Caregivers (2 Males and 2 Females) who can join us in bringing change to disadvantaged children’s lives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a Caregiving Course or TESDA accredited in the Caregiver Curriculum or has a 1 to 2 years of experience as a Child Caregiver.
- Being a Born-Again / Evangelical Christian is preferred.
- Has an experience working in an orphanage, a school or an institution that caters to child-care.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, verbal, and presentation.
- Willing to stay in Antipolo or Morong, Rizal.
- Willing to travel for errands.
- Will support, adhere to and actively promote the mission, vision and core values of VHICF.
- Will adhere to and actively promote the governing laws and policies regarding the privacy and safety of sponsor children and sponsors.
- Has commitment to children and families the organization serve.
- Must be willing to adapt and work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities, and seeking solutions to issues before they become problems.
- Has SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG I.D. and TIN I.D.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides the physical and emotional needs of the children (personal hygiene, safety, proper guidance
and supervision at all times) and helps implement the policies of the home in terms of discipline - Provides proper medical supervision which includes notifying the Social Worker regarding health issues
- Assists and encourages the children with their education by helping them in projects and assignments
- Trains and assists the children in easy household chores, for more self-confidence and independence;
motivates children to daily devotions, church services and church activities and organizes valuable
formation activities - Assists in case management by providing the case management team with feedback on pertinent
observable behavior, problems and difficulties of the children - Updates the Social Worker in monitoring the overall condition of the children and attends case
conferences for the children - Prepares and submits reports required by the Social Workers

NURSE (WILLING TO BE A CHILD CAREGIVER)
Our team is looking for a Nurse who is willing to work mainly as a Child Caregiver and will manage medical supplies, equipment and various medical needs within the residential child-care center.

LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
The Licensed Social Worker would be responsible mainly on processing adoption as well as managing cases.
- Experience: Case Management and Residential Care

- Salary Range: From Php 25,000 per month
REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduate of bachelor’s degree on Social Work.
– Passed the licensure exam for social work.
– Has extensive experience on processing adoption and residential care setting.
– Will support, adhere to and actively promote the mission, vision and core values of Vision Help International Care Foundation.
– Will adhere to and actively promote the governing laws and policies regarding the privacy and safety of sponsor children and sponsors
– Has commitment to children and families the organization serve.
– Must be willing to adapt and work in a culturally diverse environment.
– Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.
– Must be able to manage multiple tasks and accomplish deadlines while maintaining priorities; and seeking solutions to issues before they become problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises, implements and assesses the helping and intervention processes according to the governing laws while seeking the welfare of children
- Manages all legal documents of the child, processing of wards prior to admission, admission and intake procedures
- Conducts individual, family and group counseling and in-house therapy sessions
- Facilitates case conferences and case management of each child’s case
- Supervises the caregivers and their activities
- Facilitates the permanent placement of children both returning to natural families and through alternative parental care
- Conducts regular interviews with the children, their parents and relatives; home visitations to the children’s families
- Coordinates with the media for public service, facilitates the declaration of abandonment in court, attends court hearings and coordinates with legal people
- Reports directly to the Executive Director

ACCOUNTING CLERK / BOOKKEEPER
The Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper will be responsible for recording and keeping track of financial transactions, updating a general ledger and preparing trial balances for perusal by accountants.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
- Work Location: Antipolo, Rizal

REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
– Has 3 to 5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
– Strong verbal and communication skills
